Drakesboro Firehouse Pics
Snake Bite played a rocking event in Drakesboro, Kentucky on April 20. The band enjoyed this show tremendously because
South Muhlenberg people know how to rock and gave the band nothing but praise. During the intro tune, Rock Has A Reason,
Pray For A Crash,s singer and front man, Adam Dukes, put the song in check by laying down some screams that
totally rocked the house. See the pics here and keep a watch out for some new videos from that show.
Also in April, Snake Bite played North Butler County Elementary School. Snake Bite loved this event and those kids were awesome.
New dates are added with a busy 7 show tentative schedule for June. Catch the band when they play an event near you.

New Pics and New Shows
Snake Bite has been so busy of late. I am gonna wrap the details into this new posting.
The band has played two top-notch venues over the past two weekends. First, The Wired in Evansville, Indiana,
hosted Snake Bite on the band's second visit to The Wired Coffeehouse on Friday, Feb 9, 2007. What
a great venue for Snake Bite. Nothing but screams and cheers from the patrons there. The guys in the band love The Wired and everyone there. Looking forward to playing
The Wired again soon. Thanks to Evansville for being such a great town for great rock and The Wired Totally Rocks!!!
On Saturday, Feb 17, 2007, Snake Bite played The Bulldog Cafe in Fairdale on the south side of Louisville,
Kentucky. You want sound, this venue has it with a tremendous new sound system. The crowd came out through
a cold and snowy night to see a set of killer bands there. Snake Bite opened for these veteran acts and was proud to be a part of it.
I have to say, Louisville rocks at The Bulldog. Snake Bite is going back there again as well very soon.
A new promo photo shoot yielded some cool shots of the guys of Snake Bite. Be sure to check out the band
being serious for a few shots and doing what they enjoy most in others, clowning around. Keep an eye on
Snake Bite in the months to come. And watch for them to play a show near you!!! New shows have been recently added.

The Fang Club is Moving
In the past, we have hosted two independent fan clubs. The first began as a simple mailing
list with a form and the other was fronted with MySpace. It appears that MySpace has better tools
for managing a group as well as it eliminates spam that is ever present in the mailing list form.
So, we have decided to close the email fang club forum and go 100% with a MySpace forum. Please
check out the new forum at
http://groups.myspace.com/SNAKEBITEBANDFANCLUB. Join today and be eligible for lots
of cool prizes, discounts on merchandise, as well as be informed as Snake Bite rocks your world
in 2007.

Winner of a New Guitar

Several hard rocking bands played the CD release party for Snake Bite on New Years Eve.
The bands performing were Some Zombies Run, Escape the Reign, Interrupted By a Nightmare, Pray For a
Crash, and Snake Bite. Prizes were donated by several area businesses and one lucky young
man won a brand new electric guitar. Sean Mooningham emcee'd the event that drew a crowd
of around 200 local kids in for a rocking New Years Eve show. A good time was had by all.

BJs Birthday Bash

The SNAKE BITE show was a tremendous success last night at Blair's House of Music in
Madisonville. On Saturday, November 11, SNAKE BITE took the stage at 7pm. This show was
billed as "BJ's Birthday Bash" because BJ turned fifteen this weekend. After a 45-minute
hard rocking session, the band took an intermission to have some cake. They signed
merchandise and took some pics too. The crowd there was ready for more. The band did a
second set at about 8:45pm. It rocked the house. Several made comments that this was the
best performance that SNAKE BITE ever played. The new lineup, BJ Dukes, Ben Duvall, Jordan
Duvall, and Brandon Gregory, is a fine combination. There are plans to host a CD release
party in December. More to come regarding this. Be sure to keep an eye on SNAKE BITE!!!

Blair's House of Music
After a period of noted change, SNAKE BITE is back on track. Much time has gone into writing
several new tunes that will go into the setlist for the upcoming shows. The band will debut these tunes
at Blair's House of Music in Madisonville, Kentucky on November 11th at 7pm. We will be celebrating
BJ's birthday at the event as well. So come eat cake and get your head rocked. SNAKE BITE will go back in
the studio next week to record and remix in an effort to meet a release date in December of their first-ever CD.
The band will be performing two upcoming dates at The Wired Coffee House in Evansville, Indiana. Those
dates are January 12 and February 9, 2007.

The Latest
SNAKE BITE is excited to welcome another most talented guitarist into the band. Brandon
Gregory will be playing the schedule as the newest member. With this solid new lineup, SNAKE
BITE has added three new dates to their schedule. With many more being negotiated at
present. Recording will continue in a couple of weeks. Brandon is creative and quick in
his guitar techniques. While being on the cutting edge of contemporary music, he also has
quite an appreciation for the roots of rock. The addition of Brandon will only enhance and
strengthen SNAKE BITE as the hottest and youngest rock band from Western Kentucky. Be a part
of local music history in the making. Keep an eye on SNAKE BITE!!!

Recording Update

SNAKE BITE spent several hours in the recording studio on Friday.
All went very well. The new CD release is still on schedule to be
released by around December 06 or January 07. I wanted to tell everyone
how excited we are to be producing a hard rocking CD that our supporters
and fans will be proud of. We are scheduled to make additional trips
to the studio prior to final mastering. The engineers involved indicated
that the tracks are of fine quality and will provide just what rock
and rollers everywhere want, to rock and roll. We hope you enjoy the
pics made while in the studio. The link below is to a little warmup
exercise Ben did on his kit to get loose for the set. Kinda sounds
like, Peter Criss, for those familiar with 100,000 Years. It just
gets better and better. The band got relaxed then they rocked!!!
